Leonard is THE MAN! Awesome dude. I am new to the area and was looking for an odd job...my 1998 pontiac firebird rear hatch glass was starting to detach itself from the hatch, pretty common on these cars. I needed to have it removed and reapplied to the hatch with new urethane stuff. These cars have a double bead of urethane by design on the upper part of the glass which makes this job rather difficult to do without breaking or damaging the glass. I had an all around excellent experience with this company. Communication was great, and they even provide text communication as an option. Additionally, I sought out multiple bids to replace my Audi SQ5 windshield - South Texas Auto Glass was by far the best bid. Even better, they have the ADAS camera calibration software for Audi, which is hard to find!! Lastly, the owner, who actually completes all of the jobs himself, is a really nice guy. I highly recommend this company!
I don’t even know where to begin with writing this review. Leonard answered his phone after hours and waited for me at his shop so that I could show him my Mitsubishi outlander. I was having an issue getting a new windshield on it, nobody had it in stock or they kept ordering the wrong one. The dealership wanted over $2000 to replace my windshield, but Leonard immediately made me an appointment for Monday and did everything he could to get my car back on the road. Leonard had always done a great job on all the cars ive had glass issues with from windshield replacement, chips and side glass replacement. he tells you exactly what it needs. And its done in a very good timely manner.
Wow, I wish there were more stars to give! All around great guy, great service, great prices, great availability, super easy communication, and flexibility with location- a job perfectly well done!
