I had a more positive experience with South Tampa Pool & Spa than some of the other reviewers. My home warranty company American Home Shield also referred them to us for pool service. They contacted me within 24 hours of the referral and arranged for a technician to come to our house for the pool issue. This is a completely fraud company, Avoid this company, AHS picks this company and they do everything to falsify your claim so you claim is denied. I had this company come out to replace my pool timer drive. The tech advised me that the drive was bad and he will put a claim , he never mentioned that he was going to write in the claim that hornest nest damaged the drive when in fact there is no possible way a hornets nest is possible as it is completely sealed.
