Excellent professionalism well demonstrated here, from the front desk team to the orthodontist. I occasionally forget my appointments and the staff will provide gentle reminder and kindly ask me to reschedule. They often go the extra mile by calling to check in and make every effort to accommodate me in their schedule, despite how busy they are.
