I know the original owners who worked really hard to make this a great business. But it's gotten really bad. I rented a canopy and tables for a grad party. It arrived a full day late which meant it was just hours before the party and we were scrambling to get everything set up and decorated. The tables are not in great shape either. I went there to rent for a graduation party. One of the workers hit my truck with a table. I got out and he said,”It’s alright, look at all the scratches you got on it anyway.” He couldn’t understand why I was pissed. I went to talk to the manager and this guy accuses me of being a liar before I could even open my mouth. The boss sees all of this and apologizes to me but guess who still has a job?
Suburban Rental has what I need, when I need it. Friendly staff too. Been renting from them for 30+ years.
