Reception staff felt rude and condescending. A medical report was sent to them at 10am yesterday, stating "urgent surgical opinion is recommended" I am still waiting for them to follow up on this "urgent" request nearly 24hrs later, you know perhaps a call or message? The website advertises that slots are left unbooked for walk in and emergencies, but this isn't true. Fortunately. I went elsewhere and had emergency surgery completed last night.
Been a patient since the medical centre opened had the same Dr for the entire time. Easy to get an appointment, reception staff are helpful and friendly. I have had many minor procedures ie skin cancers, mole removal, ears syringed and cyst removed. I see no reason to change surgeries since moving house as we are completely satisfied with the service offered at South St Medical Centre.
