Don’t go here as a new patient, I put a form in and submitted it but apparently it didn’t ’go through’ the receptionist didn’t even notify me, we go to the doctors because we feel unwell, I waited patiently a whole hour to see a doctor untill I confronted them. Not good at all Perth. be on the ball
I had an appointment with doctor Lim on Thursday 19th 2024. I went in saying that I was new to Perth and required a new script for my high blood pressure. I showed Dr Lim what I had been on for 4 years and showed him a previous script which was for Pritor/amlodipine 80/10. Dr Lim gave me a script which had amlodipine/atorvastatin on it, I told him that it was incorrect. Dr Lim then told me that it had the exact same ingredients, I left and went to the chemist. Reception is very unorganised. Doctors rush through without doing a proper examination or advice. Worst practice I’ve been to.
