On June 20th in Providence, I parked at the South Street Landing Garage for the Pride Festival. I had pre-paid $25 online for a time slot. I asked staff if I needed to change my pass or buy an all-day ticket. He assured me my ticket was fine for all-day parking; this was recorded on their cameras. Yet when leaving, I was charged $12 more. Support dismissed me, calls were repeatedly dropped, and a promised follow-up never happened. I overpaid and have yet to receive a refund. One star is way to much for this shoe maker I took a jacket to replace the outer zizzper the man ask for $60.00 because it recuired a heavy zipper he said two weeks ok too weeks later I call the jacket was not ready he asked for another week ok a week later I call and ask for one more day again no problem I call a day later and he tells me the jacket is ready but can I pick it up tomorrow ok the one hour later he calls and ask for me to pick up my jacket when I get there he hangs it up and starts taking care of the customer ... read more
