Clean, spacious, and we'll lit garage. Exiting was a little confusing at first but eventually figured it out.
On June 20th in Providence, I parked at the South Street Landing Garage for the Pride Festival. I had pre-paid $25 online for a time slot. I asked staff if I needed to change my pass or buy an all-day ticket. He assured me my ticket was fine for all-day parking; this was recorded on their cameras. Yet when leaving, I was charged $12 more. Support dismissed me, calls were repeatedly dropped, and a promised follow-up never happened. I overpaid and have yet to receive a refund.
