Doctors are very supportive, but customer service can be improved for better outcomes.
Poor service and lazy staff.
Could not get my receipt after payment, receptionist was not trained at all, they didn't have any solution to it so they came up with silly excuses. Lacks professionalism as a business.
Had a really good chat with dr signh Thinking he understood me and finally found a dr who cared and I trusted then ... I can’t even explain how awful he made me feel the following day when I had to re iterate an issue. Not only was he not helpful, he was rude and made me feel awful for being honest. Then charged me a heap more and the chemist couldn’t even understand why he would do that. Offended a lot of ppl and waisted a lot of time. Was more worried about himself than his patient that’s for sure. Icky.
I visited Kushdev at star family medical few times. Very unhelpful, unprofessional, arrogant money minded person. He delayed on simple medical treatment note to my prospective employer. He just wanted various test done only money making scheme. Never visit him again.
