Paul was fantastic, fitted me in as soon as he could as my usual garage didn't have availability (my car had failed its MOT) and overall just a great customer experience, especially as I've had a few bad experiences. Paul explained everything clearly, my car feels fantastic and everything was reasonably priced. Will happily come to Paul again, thank you very much!
