Isabella was my sales representative. She was very helpful and professional. The process was straight forward and everything went as planned. The installers were great. Very pleasant and methodical. Install was just over an hour. This was my 2nd install with South Star and would recommend them. Oh and the price was very good.
Have a new house and granite installed by builder had several issues with the installation, including one section not fastened. Went to South Star granite and found available granite that I liked. Received excellent support and patience from representative, Isabella! They worked with me throughout the project, and I was truly excited and pleased with the new counter top. The kitchen is more than what I ever imagined, and I thank South Star Granite for their patience with me, and the result is "awesome"!
A business is only as good as its people, and as far as customer service goes, Isabella Amorim is one of the best! She was very helpful and not pushy or impatient with us at all. Very thoughtful and great with communications. If you want a great experience with South Star Granite, ask for Isabella!
South Star Granite and Isabella were fantastic. They provided an amazing product, very timely on delivery and installation, extremely flexible with my schedule and needs, They did an amazing job from start to finish and Isabella was very knowledgeable on the different types of stone and proper care and maintenance. Highly recommend South Star Granite for all your stone neds.
I had a wonderful experience with South Star granite. Casey was great with helping me select the best countertop for my kitchen. She was very patient and let me go back-and-forth multiple times. During the measurement, she was always there to answer my questions and phone calls and guide me through the entire process. As you can see, there is a huge difference between before, and after, and I truly love this quartz countertop.
