The sessions with Dave helped me release some of my fears and anxieties and worries. They helped me gain more confidence in my self. It was done by shedding the baggage and the programming I had accumulated over the years - some of it anyway. To help explain what I got out of it, I'll use the "Kung Fu Panda" movie. I strongly recommend working with Dave! I was curious about hypnosis and just completed my 6th session. My sleep has improved, my stress has decreased, and I feel much more aligned with myself. Dave creates a calm, comfortable environment and provides an incredible amount of support. I have created a daily habit of using self-hypnosis because of how easy it is. I think this has been one of the best investments I've made into my healing and growth. Try it out!

Dave is absolutely great. As someone who does not do therapy of a sort Dave made me feel super comfortable, and safe. He answered any of my questions honestly and completely. After coming in with a bit of skepticism, I can fully say that this is a fantastic recourse. I could not recommend Dave enough. Price was also very reasonable!
