Honest, straightforward, and helpful.
Once I got an understanding of how to set up the appointment to get them out to my house, everything ran pretty smooth. Ray and his son Chris are wonderful guys. Old school, but done right! I recommend them.
Thank you thank you South Sound Electric. One of our breakers went out right before a forecasted snowstorm (and unfortunately it was one that took our water pump and Internet out). After dozens of calls with “so sorry, we are too busy” I reached South Sound and they bent over backwards to find a way to squeeze us in. The guys that arrived were super helpful and they managed to get power restored with a short term fix until the necessary part arrived. Super grateful.
