The absolute worst Bodyshop. Owner used damaged and used parts to fix my vehicle that was involved in a crash this past April. Rear Glass is pitted, trailer hitch cover that was destroyed in the rear end crash was never replaced. Lift gate is misaligned. At one point there was desert sand colored parts in the trunk area that I complained about because my interior is grey. They seemed to think there was absolutely nothing wrong with that. I dropped off my 2021 Kia Forte to have the fog lights repaired and a scratch removed from my hood. It took a good amount of time for the repairs to be completed but I must say, Joke and his team did a Tremendous job. They don’t only repair vehicles, they rehabilitate and restore them. Thank you Joke and South Slope!
I have a 2011 Nissan Sentra. I was unhappy because there was still a noise under the car after maintenance. I came back a few days later and they fixed it free. I took the car on a trip to Pennsylvania, then the Jersey shore, then back home. and it was fine and smooth.
