Some of your emergency room nurses treat people like garbage. Especially those with mental health issues. It's not your place to judge people when they're at their worst. Just had a virtual visit with Amber Sperry NP. She was really sweet. I 100% recommend virtual visits for simple things. A cold. Etc.
I went to prompt care last Sunday and yesterday. Both visits the staff was kind and professional. In particular I want to thank S. H. the N.P. She was kind, empathetic, professional and thorough. Best news is that we got the right combination of medicine and treatment, I'm feeling so much better today! Thank you to all the staff!
