Was helped quickly and into a room as soon as I got in - got a prescription, requisition, and then doctor followed up exactly like he said! Great experience all around
I went in just before 2:30pm and there was only one lady waiting in their waiting room. I was told I would be seen at 3:30pm and that I could leave and come back. I opted to do that and came back at 3:33pm. The waiting room was full at this point and after waiting until 3:58pm I decided to cancel and go elsewhere because 4 people were called in before me. Karen receptionist is truly a spectacle to experience, literally go to any other clinic and save the headache.
Good experience overall. The secretary was pleasant and called me back promptly. The doctor was nice and took time with my son and didnt feel rushed.
