I can't say enough about the crew at South side. Not only do these guys know trucks but they care about the customer! Friendly and knowledgeable. From the office to the shop they treat you like your valued. I will definitely be a return customer! Just purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee and was headed to Lake of the Ozarks when it started seriously overheating! Pulled off the highway in Buffalo for a look under the hood and realized I was gonna need a tow so I wouldn't damage the engine. Went in there with a very complex and troubling engine run issue. They were very tentative to what had been already done and eager to listen respectfully to my concerns. Turned out to be a rather intense diagnostic procedure and by golly, they get a hats off from me!
