I rented with this property management company for three years. I lived in two of their properties. SSS is a business that does not take accountability of shortcomings within the company. Jon and Noel only show interest when they are trying to get you to sign a lease, once you sign the Company takes on a different face. I attempted to address multiple issues with my second property to no avail. Only thing Jon and Noel will do is send you to Esmeralda ***** who doesn't want to hold her company accountability at all. I can't speak highly enough for SSSPM. Not only are their properties bueatiful, but they're very active in the community. They're very thorough explaining the application process and next steps. While I was denied due to a situation outside either of our control, they handled the denial professionally and were very nice about it. I'm not sure why anyone else would give them less than 5 stars! It would've been fantastic to have them as my property management company.
