Leigh and the Team at South Side deserve a 5* review. I've been training there the last few months. The set-up is great and spacious and pretty quiet even in the peak periods. I've been doing the 6am weekday and 8am Weekend Commando classes which are honestly longer, smaller, more varied, more challenging, and more enjoyable than any group fitness class I have done and are extremely good value and adaptable to any fitness level - and attended by some really great people. Love this gym I train weights and do the boxing classes 4-5 days a week. I have met friends through this gym everyone is welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend
