I took a perfect running diesel truck in. To have some performance parts put on. They had the truck for over a month. I get the truck back. Not only is it not running right. But nuts and bolts missing. Work that I paid for was never done. I have takin the truck back several times. But have the same problems. They even broke the fan shroud. Never replaced it.
