I was really nervous for my appointment after reading some of these reviews, but I could not have had a better experience at this office. Every single person I encountered was so kind, pleasant, and professional.
Janelle Murphy was a godsend to me. I am pregnant with my first child and dealing with a high risk pregnancy. She is excellent at her job always explaining things to me in detail. She makes every appointment comfortable and informative. Every question or concern I have I can count on her to figure it out. I am so lucky to have found her. Highly reccomend
This place is horrible, I called to be a new patient because I having pain so I asked if they could see me today and told me they had no openings, asked what days are available I could come they made up excuses to not see me. Very Rude!! Told them forget it i will find another place.
They found my tumor and Dr. Lincoln saved my life
This is the worst place to go to for pregnancy. I complained about blurry vision during my pregnancy and the dismissed it. My sister who is a nurse told me to make an immediate visual appointment because that’s not normal during pregnancy. Come to find out, I had a retinal detachment and needed surgery immediately. Went to MGH for the remainder of my pregnancy and had exceptional care. For my eye care, Mass eye and ear next door took care of me and I had a successful birth and recovery.
