This place is horrible, I called to be a new patient because I having pain so I asked if they could see me today and told me they had no openings, asked what days are available I could come they made up excuses to not see me. Very Rude!! Told them forget it i will find another place.
They found my tumor and Dr. Lincoln saved my life
This is the worst place to go to for pregnancy. I complained about blurry vision during my pregnancy and the dismissed it. My sister who is a nurse told me to make an immediate visual appointment because that’s not normal during pregnancy. Come to find out, I had a retinal detachment and needed surgery immediately. Went to MGH for the remainder of my pregnancy and had exceptional care. For my eye care, Mass eye and ear next door took care of me and I had a successful birth and recovery. I had an amazing experience with Diane. She was attentive and caring. She took me last minute and really made me feel cared about. The receptionist was very nice and welcoming. Nothing but great things to say about my experience.
I’ve gone to South Shore, Medical Center my entire life and had incredible experiences. My doctor thought I was going through an ectopic pregnancy and referred me to South Shore women’s center. The lack of empathy and follow up was very evident. I never heard from the doctor. Only went through the nurses who had promised to call back and then wouldn’t.
