I had a deeply disappointing experience with this practice, both during my pregnancy and postpartum. I came in for a same-day appointment during pregnancy concerned about a high blood pressure reading, only to overhear nurses laughing in the hallway about why I even came in — a complete lack of professionalism and compassion. Postpartum, I returned with severe joint pain, weakness, and fatigue just 6 weeks after a C-section. I brought my newborn with me and asked for help, including an FMLA extension. I'd give a higher grade, if I could even talk to someone who would make me an appointment! You really shouldn't make it a quest for a woman to see a gynecologist!

As I sit here now and look at my beautiful 6 month old son, some may say that leaving a negative review is not worth it. However, thinking back on the care I received here throughout my pregnancy, I think it is imperative that I share my experience with others so that I can hopefully sway atleast one person from seeking care at this practice. Still waiting for a call back that should have happened a week ago , can’t get a straight answer from anyone. Transferring calls is how they don’t have to deal with it . Smh
