Still waiting for a call back that should have happened a week ago , can’t get a straight answer from anyone. Transferring calls is how they don’t have to deal with it . Smh
Initial impression is that the staff are rude and not empathetic. I have yet to have an appointment there yet but just by my interactions with the staff over the phone, they’re incredibly rude. People already feel vulnerable when they go to the gyno, the least you can do for your patients is be kind and gentle with them. Really considering finding someplace else to go.
Very disappointed in south shore women’s health. Last night, I was able to access the website and it says that they are accepting new patients. This morning, I tried to go on their website and now it gives me a message along the lines of telling me that this website might be impersonating south shore women’s health…. Very weird? So I called them, because I’m trying to get a primary care doctor given I’m almost 22 and can’t see a pediatrician, and they tell me they aren’t accepting new patients.
