Had been recommended to go to this clinic by family/friendss. Our first visit went well, front desk staff very nice and vet techs were great! That was until our last visit we had with Dr Shantell. Her behavior was unexceptable, unprofessional and condescending. Fortunately there are other good bets there so we may give it one more try!
Dr. Shantel Julius is the best! We have senior rescue dogs who's health can be a challenge at times. We really appreciate all the last minute appts, returned urgent phone calls @ 3am, and the honesty in the care of our precious old girls. Thank you so much!!!!!
