PA Siciliano has been extremely thorough and knowledgeable during my family member exams.
Love this place Drs are great but very disturbed at what i witnessed today. Sitting in waiting room waiting to be called in. This gentleman came out after having quick procedures done by Peachy ( the nurse). Instead of calling his wife to a private room to discuss his aftercare ( for an obvious personal situation). She proceeded to discuss his highly personal aftercare in front of the entire waiting room. Been going here for 4 years. Patient of Dr. Kim Young. I am a disabled veteran who has had many surgeries and descent care at the VA. The office is dysfunctional, non caring and incompetent. Deb, secretary, doesn't do her job. Been fighting to get a much needed prescription refilled for over a month. Offices like this are why there are lawsuits. Will be filing a complaint with the Mass Medical Board today. Stay away from this disgusting practice. Owner only addresses 5 star reviews and ignores all others! In reality all abou... read more
And seeing Dr Pepper and he's really good and been very pleased with him and I've had him for a few years and I haven't had any problems with staff at all
