Brought my cousin in for a post op scheduled appt. and the woman working at the front desk Sept 230 pm was incredibly unhelpful and rude re an insurance problem. She tried to send my cousin home with a stent still in her and refused her care without a thought. After much pushback by me another VERY nice lady (tall blond) quickly resolved it and ensured my cousin was seen and stent removed. She should not be in a public facing position.
I would give Dr Devan 5 stars and every nurse and aid a 5 stars, but your front desk needs a shake up. Rude, initially denied me service because of an insurance snafu for a post op where I needed something REMOVED from my body. The other receptionist explained it to her so she finally checked me in, she never apologized. On a previous visit she was arguing with a man and he was very upset. So I assume this isn’t a rogue event.
PA Siciliano has been extremely thorough and knowledgeable during my family member exams.
Love this place Drs are great but very disturbed at what i witnessed today. Sitting in waiting room waiting to be called in. This gentleman came out after having quick procedures done by Peachy ( the nurse). Instead of calling his wife to a private room to discuss his aftercare ( for an obvious personal situation). She proceeded to discuss his highly personal aftercare in front of the entire waiting room.
