They don't answer the phone. They want you to leave a message. they were supposed to call back. They called back days later. One time they called. I didn't know when or what day they were going to call so I heard my phone ringing from the other room and I try to call back but it's another voicemail and what another week or so playing phone tag? I talked to the financial office and let them know I was alive today but no thanks to the doctor.
