I am a vocalist and Counselor, so I use my voice a tremendous amount daily. I was referred to Dr. Amato, and I am absolutely thrilled with the therapy I am receiving. He is not only teaching and reminding me of good vocal, hygiene and habits, but carefully explaining the anatomy and physiology of the voice and why these behaviors and habits are so important. Came here for speech for my son and it’s been such a great experience. The SLP is great and very patient with my then K now 1st grader. She worked so well with him and made it fun for him. He’s improved so much in the time he’s been going. They took my insurance and conveniently located which is a bonus for me. Definitely would recommend.
-In a nutshell: I cannot say enough positive things about John Amato. My son’s present feeding therapist suggested that my son and daughter see John Amato for a second opinion. He was absolutely fantastic!! Working with John Amato really has been such a relief.
