If you are thinking of using South Shore stop thinking and do it. Honestly this may have been one of the best crews I’ve worked with for any home project. Initial hiccup in contract which was identified and communicated professionally from the owner. Aside from that, Kyle (owner) and his team are AWESOME! Requested an inspection of our roof due to uncertainty of age of the shingles and overall condition. The person performing the inspection was knowledgeable and professional, and gave us a thorough assessment of the current condition, as well as recommendations regarding signs to look for as time passes. There was no pressure or attempt to oversell services or expedite upgrades not yet necessary.
We needed a new roof, so I took to the internet. My first two choices immediately directed me to my insurance company, which told me to take a hike. I found South Shore Roofing and no reference to insurance. I met with some very pleasant people who inspected the existing roof and gave me a quote so low that I had trouble believing it. South Shore Roofing is the complete package of top shelf service and delivery of product (my new roof). They kept me completely informed throughout the entire process. They explained every step to me clearly. Their sales reps appropriately helped work the details with my insurance company. Their roofing team showed up as coordinated and finished on time.
