Luke visited our house on July 16th. Told me as he left that I would receive a quote that evening. I called the office late in the afternoon on the 17th to see if the quote was available. Was told they would contact Luke and have him call me. It's now a week and no quote or call from Luke. Guess South Shore Roofing is not dependable.

South Shore gave me an honest and fair repair roof quote. I didn't have to replace the roof only do some repairs. Told I still had 3-5 years left on roof before replacement. No other company told me that. They notified me on what date and time they planned to come out and if I was ok with it. A roofer on Hilton Head wanted to charge us $500 for some minor repairs on our garage roof. Luke from South Shore Roofing came out promptly and did the necessary work at no charge. He then proceeded to inspect our main roof and did more work there (nail pops, loose shingles, etc.) also at no charge. He gave us a very honest estimate on the remaining life of our roof. We will definitely go with South Shore Roofing when it is time for our new roof. Based on our experience of today, we strongly recommend them.
