Supervisor Sara, from the emergency room floor has no actual care for the patients, you can tell when speaking to her she has no heart, sympathy or empathy toward anyone but herself.. unprofessional and very argumentative and interruptive.. Probably the reason the emerg here sucks
My husband, daughter and I have had to use the emergency room at South Shore quite a few times over the past 5 years. It's not the staffs fault that there are so many people seeking medical help nor is it the hospitals fault that they are understaffed. Having said that, after by-passing South Shore to go to Fishermans a few years back because we felt it would be faster, Fishermans mis-diagnosed what was wrong with me and was about to send me home with "pneumonia" when I passed out.
