The staff here were amazing! They were professional and very caring and compassionate. They work very hard. The wait times have decreased and their process seems to be improving even though we are still dealing with a shortage of doctors. Thank you for your care and attention. I had a good experience.

6 weeks and counting to get the results of my ecoli well water test. No one in laboratory services answers the phone or returns messages. Terribly frustrating.

We were on vacation and my grand daughter passed out and hurt herself. People were waiting 12-16 hours and still not seen. After hearing that we left after 6 hours. The triage nurse was from Ontario and she was amazing. So sorry our health care has got so bad. I am from Ontario and we wait but we don't wait that long and nit treated so poorly.

The care received was good and reasonably timely. If you are foreign be prepared to pay $1,000+. We were glad we went. Unlike the photos on the website the outpatient facility is shabby, patient privacy is minimal, the waiting area is smelly, (how can it smell like an ashtray when there’s no smoking?) the walls are covered with an array of signs, like a bulletin board that is never refreshed, so adds to confusion.
