Wow, avoid at all cost. They will not let you see your MRI scan and give it to you on proprietary disc that you need a specific program to open. When I went back and asks them to see it the staff and doctors were dismissive and frustrating to say the least.

This was my first time going to the office, the staff is ok but I will not return because their 3D mammograms is with compression. I was made to understand that it was not with compression.

I always go here for all my test. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They keep to their schedule. I would highly recommend.

I've been using Optum Radiology/ProHealth Howard Beach for a few years now, and haven't had much of an issue. Sadly that all changed after I made a recent appointment for a mammogram & sonogram. I arrived 20 mins early for my scheduled appointment. The waiting area was busy, so I patiently sat while other customers came and went. After 30 mins I asked the staff at the reception desk how much longer, and received a "you're next" response.
