BEWARE, they will send you a separate bill that will NOT APPEAR in your MyChart. They will send you the sketchiest looking bills with ZERO websites on it and just the SKETCHIEST QR CODE. Truly a terrible experience. I went to South Shore, my Doctors are South Shore, why is my bill through some other party I get no notice from?! No Calls!
NO PROBLEM WITH THE PROCEDURE, DONE ON TIME, BILLING PROCESSED CORRECTLY. NURSES FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL
Horrible experience with billing department. Double charged on 2 occasions and still trying to resolve it (2 months). Customer service is terrible
I had a mammogram and ultrasound with Dr. Elizabeth West, who really listened to my concerns and incorporated my patient perspective into her recommendations. I look forward to seeing her again at my follow up!
