Horrible experience with billing department. Double charged on 2 occasions and still trying to resolve it (2 months). Customer service is terrible
I had a mammogram and ultrasound with Dr. Elizabeth West, who really listened to my concerns and incorporated my patient perspective into her recommendations. I look forward to seeing her again at my follow up!
If you can avoid them, avoid them. The clinicians are great, their business office is an outsourced billing company who do NOT care about the paperwork people need for FSA accounts. Four months of trying to get a receipt and still nothing.
