The service here is super terrible! I made a call to schedule an appointment and because I asked if there was someone who spoke Spanish they told me no! That they didn't have to have someone who spoke Spanish because English was spoken here! (when he said here he was obviously referring to the fact that English is spoken in the US) Also, since I spoke English, what was the problem?
