I have reported this company to my insurance company’s fraud department as well as the Attorney General. The Attorney General reached out to me and they are investigating the matter. Like everyone else, my child got evaluated and we never got our documentation. I also requested all medical records within 30 days per HIPAA law and they violated HIPAA by ignoring the request and not sending us our medical records. They don’t respond or call back. I'm a therapist and I would never refer a client here after the way they have operated my own course oftesting. The Psychologist and Psychometrician themselves were great! Very supportive, compassionate, knowledgeable and really helpful! If it was just them I would refer folks here in a heartbeat! However, it feels likethe person running thepractice is just taking advantage of theinflux of people looking to be tested nowadays by over committing to too many clients at one time. The testing experience was unpleasant, they had music playing during my testing which served as a huge distraction. It took forever to get my results back. My test results were full of inaccurate information which I had to send them the corrections to fix. You would think for a place that uses AI to assist in writing their reports, it would’ve been a shorter wait time to receive your results.
