This place is a total scam. I had my testing done in February 2025 and here it is September 2025 still no results. I am getting the runaround when I call. It's excuse after axcuse. Never waste your money or time here.
They called my fiancé to take her information to schedule an appointment, then sent a $250 bill for a “intake” it was a less than 5 minute phone call. We will never pay this bill.
If I could give zero stars I would. Cannot reach anyone but a third party, been waiting for results from testing in January, they keep telling me they’re in the que. Complaining to the AG, my insurance and pediatrician who referred me. Don’t go to them.
Please DO NOT make an appointment with Clarity Psychological testing. I am working with my insurance carrier now to file a fraudulent claim. It has been 1 year since my child's appointment at the center. I have still not received the results or even an update. Now they have hired a 3rd party company to handle calls so it is even less likely that i will ever see the results. I am so disappointed in myself that i allowed this to go for so long.
