The technician was both knowledgeable and professional, walking us through the process every step of the way. They installed a new hot water tank and serviced our boiler, leaving everything in perfect working order. Josh has been to my house 3 times: 1). to solve the ghost-flushing mystery, 2). to address the non-functioning pump, and 3). to track down the source of the leak that destroyed a basement wall. Moen cartridge replacement by South Shore Plumbing and Heating Inc. Rip off report by South Shore Plumbing and Heating Inc. Recently I was advised by my tenant that her shower was leaking water. Being handy, I quickly diagnosed the issue being the cartridge. I found out from Moen which cartridge it was (1222 ) Available through amazon from anywhere between 25 and 40 dollar but Moen sent me one for free.
