Dr horioglu is a very unsanitary man. He took his barehands picked the inside of his nose then attempted to take his barehands and touch my nose. I of course stopped him and made him wash his hands and put on gloves. Terrible bed side matter too. Very cold personality. Also at another appointment I made the original appointment withe the other dr and they switched dr with out informing me, he had to. Lean my nostrils out with a vacuum. Dr Horioglu is very good at treating the ear.
Nothing is explained prior to going in for a procedure. I came in with a CT scan from my dentist because they wanted me to have a specialist look at it. Before even looking at my CT the doctor put me back in the chair and said he needed to shove this up my nose and that it would numb it. He was very rough and I was extremely uncomfortable. I was not told I was having a scope done. I was unaware of the potential costs.
