Definitely a bit of a trek to get to if you're coming from Boston without a car – could easily be a 2-hour journey each way by train and bus depending on your starting point. Unless it's urgent, you might want to consider an office closer to the city. Appointment availability seems pretty limited; they're booking into December/January right now (April). Never call this place. I was wondering why their rates are so low. Now i get it. Every time i call to set up a new patient appt. they tell me to do something totally different, and they’re not corteous at all. I had to raise my voice a little while i was explaining because the lady was so tactless and rude.
Extremely rude answering service woman this morning. I’ve waited almost 2 weeks for a callback on an appointment that I was referred to for nearly a month ago. Called back myself to hopefully hear about any progress and was greeted by a woman with an extremely rude tone. I naturally thanked her for taking my message and she then hung up without a word. I’m not sure why someone so unpleasant would be filling such a communicative role but I hope she finds peace!
I was early & only patient, yet after being placed in a room it's been 23 minute so far & I have not been seen.
