Never call this place. I was wondering why their rates are so low. Now i get it. Every time i call to set up a new patient appt. they tell me to do something totally different, and they’re not corteous at all. I had to raise my voice a little while i was explaining because the lady was so tactless and rude.
Extremely rude answering service woman this morning. I’ve waited almost 2 weeks for a callback on an appointment that I was referred to for nearly a month ago. Called back myself to hopefully hear about any progress and was greeted by a woman with an extremely rude tone. I naturally thanked her for taking my message and she then hung up without a word. I’m not sure why someone so unpleasant would be filling such a communicative role but I hope she finds peace!
I was early & only patient, yet after being placed in a room it's been 23 minute so far & I have not been seen.
Great experience at first. Now just over a year since my surgery the staff is rude over the phone that's if you can get through. takes about a week to get a call back even when your in incredible pain. I wouldn't recommend this place.
