I am a long time patient. I have had mixed experiences at SSNA. 50% of the time I feel like I can find no place greater. The other 50%, it’s as unfriendly and unprofessional as can be. Sometimes I get a renewal of my meds easily, sometimes I’m late in getting the renewal because their process is so cumbersome and archaic. I’ve often felt like leaving.
