Dr. Barbosa performed a pap smear on me and in doing so inserted the tool in the wrong Orifice.. she explained that it had never happened before.. I found little comfort in that . I was horrified.. needless to say I will never go back to her . I went to her with back pain prior to this incident and she prescribed medication without any imaging.. no more chances. She is beyond Incompetent.
Dr. Barbosa is fabulous! She is caring, responsive, professional and smart. She’s a star. I highly recommend her and Beth Israel.
Dr. Barbosa is the best! She takes time to talk to me, I never feel rushed. She is very open and transparent with her medical advice. She told me I was obese, I took her advice and lost 25 lbs. She celebrated with me! I needed a document signed and she did it for me right away. My husband is not fluent in English and Dr. Barbosa is able to communicate with him in Cabo Verdean. I love going to Dr. Barbosa and so does my husband. We feel like she's family!
