Was on the phone for over an hour and the nurse was incredibly rude when I had a simple question about scheduling an appointment. Very disappointing and glad my PCP is no longer practicing here.
Brought my son in for a follow-up x-ray and was blown away at how easy it was. I had him(infant) and my toddler daughter with me, and the women there were so friendly and kind and helped me with both of them so keep the whole situation smooth. No tears from anyone. They had us in and out when SS Hospital said it could take hours. I'm so glad I chose this location.
I have serious concerns about the operational and medical competence of this pediatrics practice. My wife and I are expecting our first child next month, and we reached out to the office well in advance. We were told they were accepting new patients and were assigned to a specific pediatrician. However, once we scheduled our delivery date, we called to confirm the details—only to be informed that the originally assigned doctor was actually not taking new patients and all instructions for the first appointment were incorrect.... read more
Best doctors shy of Boston in mass. Best surgeon in south mass also located here. So very helpful thru my recovery, although I will never recover too where I was, they were the only ones too help, including, physical therapy, lawyers, the commonwealth of Massachusetts. Nobody, just my friends and family and.total ignorance and denial about how patients are treated, goes around, comes around. Best of luck folks!!!!!!
