Giving a review on behalf of my husband. Pro: It was easy to get the appointment within a month. Cons: lack of communication from PCP referral to team. It was for a mosquito borne disease Dengue vaccine, but the physician had no idea of the reason for the visit, what this dengue disease is and my husband had to educate them. Wasted time to travel there, appointment time and consult fee. Clinic has a set list of vaccines they can administer and that did not include the dengue vaccine so it was a wasted trip.
Was on the phone for over an hour and the nurse was incredibly rude when I had a simple question about scheduling an appointment. Very disappointing and glad my PCP is no longer practicing here.
Brought my son in for a follow-up x-ray and was blown away at how easy it was. I had him(infant) and my toddler daughter with me, and the women there were so friendly and kind and helped me with both of them so keep the whole situation smooth. No tears from anyone. They had us in and out when SS Hospital said it could take hours. I'm so glad I chose this location.
I have serious concerns about the operational and medical competence of this pediatrics practice. My wife and I are expecting our first child next month, and we reached out to the office well in advance. We were told they were accepting new patients and were assigned to a specific pediatrician. However, once we scheduled our delivery date, we called to confirm the details—only to be informed that the originally assigned doctor was actually not taking new patients and all instructions for the first appointment were incorrect.... read more
