When Anna Marie (a wonderful PA) left, in spite of the owners saying they’d always protect her, I did not feel safe about going to this practice. I went there for decades but no longer trust this office. It’s all money driven now. Healthcare is no longer a concern. Shame on the owners for selling out.
Horrible wait time. Had a 11am appointment didn’t get seen by the doctor till 12:30! They put me in the room undressed waiting for an hour. Absolutely horrible!!!!!!!!!! They have zero organization or time management! Better look for another place.
Do not go here. After being a loyal patient for 35 years and staying through the Northwell take-over and doctors retiring, they neglected to tell her that her current doctor had left and as such she no longer had an appointment that was supposed to include important blood work that they had confirmed the week before when she arrived this morning for it.
Never any problems love this office and doctors love the nurse she such amazing woman
Im sooooo upset I called and sheduled an appointment for my son,I told the receptionist on the phone what the issue was .I found them listed as an Ear Nose and Throat office .I was mislead. The Dr. was not professional. He didn't meet w us in the treatment room for results. The office is old and moldy. We were ovet charged, and my son's issue was not addressed.
