We were very happy here! Maintenance is awesome and office personnel also awesome! It’s quiet and peaceful. We are moving only because we need more space otherwise we wouldn’t move! We have very much enjoyed being here!
I toured south shore lakes apartment sometime last week . This is the best apartment in area of league city ! Amelia was so kind and helpful , unfortunately I did not move in due to a first floor not being available for my time frame but I will definitely be looking here again next year .
Don’t expect the office to know what they are doing, when you need help around the apartments. The apartments themselves are not built correctly. Some of my walls were not at all straight. They don’t clean the pools, and there are no cameras on the parking lot. So be aware because ppl will hit your car and drive off and the front office won’t do anything about it. Me and my husband took a tour here not to long ago and it was amazing ! The front office staff really make this place feel like home , especially Amelia . Great place honestly.
