Nice place. Deanna helped me, but all the staff were great. Definitely recommend checking it out!
They word conversations to get you into the apartment and then once you’re in they say something else they are charging $800 in damages when they said that the $1500 pet deposit I made would cover any and all damages. They lied Make sure you record your conversations with these people. DO NOT move here it’s awful.
They charge a $500 pet fee per dog instead of a refundable deposit, so none of that money goes toward damages when you move out — it just disappears into their pocket. They’re also extremely shady and secretive about where your money goes, especially when they owe you a refund. The lack of transparency is unbelievable. Save yourself the headache and move anywhere else.
