This place is a dump. You’ll pay the same amount in rent as a nicer place down the street.
Lived here for many years. Very quiet and clean. Every issue is always taken care of very quickly
Me and my partner have been residents for almost 2 years, and i have to say it has been quite uneventful. The Management team (both on the leasing and maintenance side) are very communicative, friendly, and prompt when it comes to issues that arise. I genuinely feel safe living in this neighborhood, and all of our neighbors are friendly and keep things relatively quiet.
