Lived here with family for years in multiple apartments and always enjoyed. Friendly workers and always helpful. Understanding us and what we need. Renew the lease was easy with the help of office. Will stay always.
I just moved out after roughly 3 years. Simply put, if you need a roof over your head, it'll do. Our rent progressively increased year over year. Initially, we were simply paying for the rent and a few minor charges. As time went on however, we started to notice frivolous payments being added to our total. There is a mandatory Wifi fee, even if you have your own service provider. Among a few other miscellaneous charges that are not optional. THE STAFF AT SOUTH SHORE LAKES IS THE BEST I'VE EVER SEEN. APARTMENS ARE CLEAN, SAFE AND ITS EASY LIVING
10/10! Amazing place to live hands down. Highly recommend living here. The team is wonderful!!! The community is well kept, the maintenance guys are rockstars. It’s definitely a vibe. The scenery here is gorgeous. They have lots of amenities. I couldn’t be happier to call this place home.
iv been a resident at these apartments for 4 years+. I love it here, i have 2 dogs and wonderful neighbors. Not only are the apartments themselves superb, but the maintenance crew is always on top of problem. AND the front office crew has been nothing but great and reliable when it comes to questions and needs. I have had multiple family/friends move into these apartments as well and i would guarantee they would say the same. 5 stars all day!!!
