Poor service 👎🏼
Great experience with entire staff. 100% recommend them.
Booked a service appointment for my heat pump as it’s not functioning properly. Waited home all day, no one showed up and no call to inform me that the appointment was not happening. Very disappointed
Asked for them to come and service our furnace, technician arrived and told us he didn't have time to do any serious work. Technician stayed for 15 minutes, glanced at the furnace, recommended I contact the office to schedule a cleaning and service in the spring. Next day I got a $250 bill from the office. I contacted them, the office assured me twice that they would void the charge. Several months later I received an email from a collections agency as they never voided it.
