Asked for them to come and service our furnace, technician arrived and told us he didn't have time to do any serious work. Technician stayed for 15 minutes, glanced at the furnace, recommended I contact the office to schedule a cleaning and service in the spring. Next day I got a $250 bill from the office. I recently purchased a heat pump from this company. I cannot say enough good about the service from time of purchase to install. Dave the salesman was thorough in his explanation of the product, what my needs for my home would be and how soon they could install it. The technicians that came to install, Tyler and Mike were exceptional and meticulous in their workmanship. The service was professional, friendly and fast. Tried to contact HVAC for a cleaning, called both telephone numbers and sent an e-mail. After FOUR days they contacted me and we set up an appointment. Covers removed from both units and taken outside and hosed off. Both units inside the house were sprayed cleaned. Units outside were not touch. Service time was one hour, bill was $329.99 plus $49.50 HST, total of $379.49. Not the service I expected.
