Whenever I have had a problem, they have been right there to correct it. They are courteous and prompt.
This is a great company with great service. I have a Burnham boiler that stopped working all of a sudden from a failed fuel ignition system. The appointment was made easily over the phone with a knowledgeable representative and the service technician came out to my house on schedule and quickly resolved the issue. The problem was fixed in less than 30 minutes and we are back up and running. Thanks again.
No heat at 6:00a.m., called around, nobody answered. Called South Shore, picked up on the second ring. the girl on the phone was VERY pleasant! They got us a service tech to our house in 10 minutes!!! It was a small problem, up and running in no time and the price was surprisingly reasonable!! Highly recommend them to anyone in the local area!
