Really happy with service from first phone call to the two visits. Helped me to and from the car as well. Came in with severe acute back pain, quite evident to the entire staff. They ran my preauth quickly and were able to get me in the next day after a cancellation. They were booked weeks for an epidural shot and their timely service and care really helped me recover a week later. Very thankful.
I went today for a cortisone shot in my back. From the moment I walked in it felt like I was visiting family members. It was Scott's birthday at the front desk. I sang him happy birthday. My nurse was amazing along with the doctor and his assistant. I am PETRIFIED of needles and honestly I was ok through the process. I was given a soft football to squeeze. I truly love giving good reviews when warrantied..EVERYONE WAS AMAZING..Thank you from a scared 55 year old..

Not only was the treatment wholly ineffective, They were extremely deceitful about the pricing. For a 20 minute shot they're Expecting my insurance company and I had to pay almost $3000. It is extortion and highway robbery. The procedure was presented to me as a simple shot, so I was thinking office visit with a specialist, probably 500 bucks, my insurance is crap so I probably pay half to 2/3 of that.
