They do have awesome doctors! I will agree though, they need to hire a friendlier receptionist. I have been a receptionist for decades. This is their problem.
So I was super excited to come here since I had heard such awesome things about Dr. Kobelin. Unfortunately I couldn’t get past the two EXTREMELY rude receptionists. Not only did they make it clear that they were inconvenienced by the fact that I asked them for an address for their office, and for the phone number of another one that they were trying to send me to, but they showed zero excitement or interest in answering my questions during what is a very emotional, serious, and happy time of life. I delivered my daughter with this practice and I’m now pregnant for the second time. I am very happy with them! scheduling is easy,everyone is very nice, desk staff are friendly and warm , the doctors take their time with you, they don’t overbook ,you never have to wait long for an appointment. I have seen all the doctors within the practice and they’re all great. I’m currently seeing Dr. koblin and she is the best, I’m so happy there is a female doctor there as well now. I recommend this office!
Staff is so rude and dysfunctional! They act like everything is your fault. It's an uncomfortable environment. I arrived to my appointment on time and was told to have a seat. Another woman came in stating she was early for her appointment and was brought into an exam room immediately! I waited for 35 minutes after that then just left without being seen. This isn't the first time something like this has happened either. I Definitely wont be returning for any type of 'care'.
