I paid a deposit on a particular granite slab in 2023. Finally got the templating done in September 2024 after our home renovation got back on track. I couldn’t get ahold of the company for eight weeks! I called and I emailed repeatedly, without any response. I finally went up to their store front only to discover that nothing had been done on my order AND they didn’t have the stone I selected. And they still haven’t returned my deposit.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!! I had a countertop installed in my in-law suite. They had what appeared to be several stones to choose from but then said almost all were already sold and unavailable. Then when I made a choice they did a bait and switch on me. From start to finish this purchase was a disaster. If I hadn’t given a deposit I would have ran. Excellent customer service, a plethora of choices for granite and quartz and flawless installation! South Shore Granite is a 10!! Our beach house had a dated kitchen with formica countertops. Working with Brenna was easy. She called to let us know when installation would happen and was terrific about talking with us about the Calacatta Venice quartz we purchased. Ellen and I highly recommend South Shore Granite!
