I’m not sure what’s going on here. I reached out Thursday about some serious stomach issues and I have not heard back a single word. Apparently I was put on a priority list but apparently that doesn’t mean anything. They were willing to answer my question about something else though. On top of that, they gave me three times the dosage That I usually take for one of my prescriptions, God forbid that went to anyone who can’t see too well and just takes their medication as instructed this could’ve really hurt somebody
Its now part of catholic health so you can't call to find out if anyone had canceled on the day so you can get in right away and the wait to talk to someone (which is obviously not in the USA ) the wait has been 16 and 22 mins each time I called. What a bummer as I used to love this place.
Their bookkeeping is a disgrace. However Olivia is very thorough and explains everything to you very good
Went to an appointment today (Wednesday) that was scheduled this last Monday. I walk in, they tell me that my appointment was somehow(?)set for a week ago, last Wednesday? How does this make any sense? Does south shore family medical have time travel technology, or are they just completely apathetic ? Who knows, all I know is there is a fat chance in hell of me coming back to this place. One star is too much.
Worst medical office I have been on it. Stay away from there. I been there twice, on October last year and on January this year. I got a bill yesterday from there about co pay, I say I got this bill yesterday ( October 2024 ) after they said on both appointments that No co pay. Stay away !
