I worked with Kara Katz and I could not recommend her enough. Patient, direct and not an enabler, she is one of the best therapists I have ever had. If you need help with anxiety, relationships or anything in that arena, call Kara.
My wife and I worked with Lauren D. at the SSHC for about two years. We immediately felt like we got along with her because of her kindness, insight into how people work, and great sense of humor. She helped us navigate big decisions like deciding whether we were ready to get married.
