I, for the second time, did not have a good experience at South Shore eye clinic. It is very specifically with the purchasing of glasses after the eye appointment. I've been going there for over 15 years and I don't think I've had the same optometrist twice, that being said they're always very nice and capable, as well as the office staff are very nice. The staff is amazing! Rachael made me very comfortable and was so kind and easily relatable. She was absolutely wonderful! Angie takes the time to ask what I want for eye wear and goes above and beyond to ensure I got exactly what I was looking for. I wouldn't go anywhere else

I have just become a new client. They got me in for a eye exam super quickly and the staff were super helpful and friendly. Everyone was very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this business.
I've been visiting South Shore Eye Clinic for the last four years. All of the staff there are friendly and accommodating with people of all ages. If I ever have an issue with my frames or lenses they are always quick to get me in and fix the issue. Dr. Timmermans is fantastic with children as was the person who does the pre-exams. They made both of my children very comfortable and let my oldest child explore and ask lots of questions.
