Been taking my child here for a number of years and always had a good experience until today...one of the technicians was really short with him and told him to stop fidgeting and making remarks like " Are you done?" if you have no patience for children perhaps don't work in a profession that deals with small children. We will be looking for a new eye clinic.
I, for the second time, did not have a good experience at South Shore eye clinic. It is very specifically with the purchasing of glasses after the eye appointment. I've been going there for over 15 years and I don't think I've had the same optometrist twice, that being said they're always very nice and capable, as well as the office staff are very nice. The staff is amazing! Rachael made me very comfortable and was so kind and easily relatable. She was absolutely wonderful! Angie takes the time to ask what I want for eye wear and goes above and beyond to ensure I got exactly what I was looking for. I wouldn't go anywhere else
