After my eye exam at South Shore Eye Associates, they said my vision had changed and gave me a different prescription. I ordered new glasses and new contacts with the new prescription. Absolutely love this place! They handle myself , husband and children! This place feels like home and we always get treated like we are family! I appreciate the consistency and knowledge all the staff members have! Insurance is always handled and they know their business inside and out! Walking into any other eye place is intimidating and way to $$$$ , this place is a one stop shop, no upselling just HONESTY, which is something we need more of in this world! Called to make an appointment since I just moved back into town and I would never go here just based off how I was spoken to on the phone. The lady who answered was extremely rude. I told her I had virtual insurance cards (which absolutely is a thing) and she said that wasn’t acceptable , that she would only see me if I had a plastic hand held card which is being mailed to me.
